This could be happening for a couple of reasons:
- You may have shown up late, which means that your provider will no longer be available for your video meeting. In this case, you will need to contact your healthcare provider's office to reschedule.
- Your healthcare provider is running behind schedule, and will admit you into the video call once they are ready to begin. If a significant amount of time has passed and you are still waiting to be admitted, you will need to contact your healthcare provider's office directly to find out what the delay is.
- Your healthcare provider has already been in the meeting & left it prematurely. If this happens, a new meeting link will have to be sent to you, as the original one will no longer be usable. Please contact your healthcare provider's office to request a new meeting link.
- You may be clicking on a link from a video meeting that was completed on a previous date or time. Make sure you are clicking on the link from the current meeting and remember to delete emails from past, completed video meetings.
